How to Request a Refund
1. Contact our Customer Support team:

2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Refund Process
• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• The refund amount will be credited via:
• Bank Transfer: Takes 3-5 business days after approval.
• JazzCash/EasyPaisa: Processed within 2-3 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• For approved refunds, ETRIANO will cover the shipping costs if it was our mistake.
Exchanges Instead of Refunds
If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange for the same or a different item (subject to availability) instead of a refund.
