How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

The refund amount will be credited via:

Bank Transfer: Takes 3-5 business days after approval.

JazzCash/EasyPaisa: Processed within 2-3 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For approved refunds, ETRIANO will cover the shipping costs if it was our mistake.

Exchanges Instead of Refunds

If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange for the same or a different item (subject to availability) instead of a refund.
