Order Processing

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirming your order details.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 days after confirmation. During peak times or launches, processing may take up to 10 days.

• Custom Orders: If your Gurkha pants require specific alterations or customizations, allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.


Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Partners: We use reliable courier services for fast and secure delivery across Pakistan, including TCS, M&P

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders across Pakistan. The courier will collect the payment at the time of delivery.


Returns & Exchanges

• Policy: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags intact.

• How to Request:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at etriano24@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Provide details of the issue and attach pictures if necessary.

• Exchange Delivery Time: Exchanges are processed within 2-3 days after we receive the returned product.
